Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Another smoothie?

So yah, I drink a smoothie like every morning. There are going to be a lot of them being posted on here. This one I found online from Daily Smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Other Milk of Your Choice
  • 1/4 Cup of Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp of Jelly

Directions:

  1. Add milk to blender first.
  2. Follow with peanut butter, jelly, and banana.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Thoughts After Cooking:

It was okay.

Not that good and to be honest I would never make it again.

My Number One Comfort Food

Sometimes life is hard. Things happen and we turn to the one thing that helps…

Nope!

Food!

No I’m not saying to eat food instead of dealing with your problems or just eating away you feelings, etc. I’m saying we all have a comfort food we turn to when we are hit with the hard times. What’s mine? Apples and peanut butter.

Something about the sourness of the Granny Smith combined with the sweetness of the peanut butter is just such a great combination. How can you be unhappy eating it.

What’s yours?

Thoughts Before Baking:

I LOVE Peanut Butter!

So I am open to any peanut butter recipe. This really intrigued me as it said IT ONLY NEEDED FOUR INGREDIENTS!!!!!

So I just had to try it out for myself. This recipe comes from The King Arthur Flour Cookie Companion: The Essential Cookie Companion

They were fantastic!

They were little, but so addicting. I ate one, then another, then another, then another, etc.
