So another smoothie! Yay!
This was found on Pinterest and comes from Amy’s Healthy Baking,
- 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Frozen Banana, Sliced
- 3/4 Cup of Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (I use regular milk as I don’t like almond milk)
- 2 Cups of Ice
- Blend all until smooth.
